Our Office of Saint Bartholomew has a beautiful collect from the Leonine Sacramentary:

Deus, qui Ecclesiae tuae in sanctis montibus fundamenta posuisti: da, ut intercedente beato Bartholomaeo, nullis errorum subruatur incursibus, nulla mundi perturbatione quatiatur; sed Apostolica semper et institutione sit firma, et interventione secura.

[O God, who hast established the foundations of Thy Church upon the holy mountains: grant, that by the intercession of the blessed Bartholomew, she be not undermined by any assaults of error, nor shaken by any worldly disturbance, but, by the teaching of the Apostles, be ever steadfast, and by their intervention kept safe.]
