\"Yvonne<\/a>I received this morning the most touching request to pray for little Gavin Glynn<\/a>, who has been fighting cancer for the last 2.5 years. Gavin will be 4 years old in May.\u00a0 My first thought was to interest Mother Yvonne\u2013Aim\u00e9e in Gavin, and to seek her intercession for his healing. Mother Yvonne\u2013Aim\u00e9e loved children. Surely, from her place in heaven where she remains a hospitaller full of compassion, she will present Gavin’s suffering to the King of Love.<\/em><\/p>\n

Prayer to Mother Yvonne\u2013Aim\u00e9e de J\u00e9sus<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yvonne\u2013Aim\u00e9e, while yet a child
\nyou gave your heart to Jesus,
\nasking Him to make you a saint, a very great saint.
\nJesus looked upon you with a most tender love,
\nand you loved him in return
\nwith an extraordinary love.
\nYou sought to please Jesus in all things,
\neven to the point of embracing His Cross
\nand entering into the bitterness of His Passion.
\nThe King of Love made you the hospitaller of His mercy,
\nand gave you a mother’s heart, open to the sufferings of all.
\nHe graced you with His own tenderness for souls,
\nand sent you often among the poor, among the sick,
\nand among souls in the grip of evil.
\nThere is no human suffering to which you are not sensitive,
\nand no affliction of body, mind, or spirit
\nthat does not send you swiftly to the King of Love
\nto appeal to Him on our behalf,
\nand to obtain from His Heart
\ngraces of mercy and of healing
\nthat surpass what we dare ask.
\nMother Yvonne\u2013Aim\u00e9e,
\ncome close now to little Gavin Glynn in his suffering.
\nTake to heart what you see
\nand, by your intercession with Jesus, King of Love,
\nobtain for His glory and for the joy of the Church on earth,
\nthe healing we now ask of His merciful goodness.<\/p>\n
