I give it here for that reason:<br \/>\nMay the prayers of Thy holy confessor Bruno<br \/>\ncome to our aid, we pray Thee, Lord;<br \/>\nso that we who have grievously offended Thy majesty<br \/>\nby our transgressions<br \/>\nmay obtain pardon through his merits and intercession.<\/em><br \/>\nENTRANCE ANTIPHON<br \/>\nGR<br \/>\nOf you my heart has spoken: &ldquo;Seek his face.&rdquo;<br \/>\nIt is your face, O Lord, that I seek;<br \/>\nhide not your face from me.<br \/>\nV. The Lord is my light and my salvation,<br \/>\nwhom shall I fear? (Ps 26:8\u20139, 1)<br \/>\nCOLLECT<br \/>\nO God who called Saint Bruno<br \/>\nto serve you in solitude,<br \/>\ngrant, through his intercession,<br \/>\nthat, amidst the changes of this world,<br \/>\nwe may seek you always, and with all our heart.<br \/>\nThrough our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son,<br \/>\nwho lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit,<br \/>\nGod, forever and ever.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><br \/>\nGENERAL INTERCESSIONS<br \/>\nThat, following the example of Saint Bruno<br \/>\nand the monastic family he founded,<br \/>\nthe Church may bear witness to the Cross of Christ,<br \/>\nplanted in the heart of a restless and changing world<br \/>\nas the sign of redeeming love, unchanging and ever new,<br \/>\nto the Lord we pray: Christ, hear us. CHRIST, GRACIOUSLY HEAR US.<br \/>\nThat all world leaders of good will<br \/>\nmay open their hearts to the needs<br \/>\nof the poor, the vulnerable, the elderly, and the oppressed,<br \/>\nto the Lord we pray: Christ, hear us. CHRIST, GRACIOUSLY HEAR US.<br \/>\nThat, helped by the Blessed Virgin Mary,<br \/>\nthose who are alone in life may discover in their solitude<br \/>\nan opportunity to seek the face of God<br \/>\nand to experience intimacy with him,<br \/>\nto the Lord we pray: Christ, hear us. CHRIST, GRACIOUSLY HEAR US.<br \/>\nThat the sons and daughters of Saint Bruno,<br \/>\ntogether with all who have heard a call to solitude,<br \/>\nmay keep watch for the return of the Lord<br \/>\nstanding ready, in joyful hope, to open when he knocks,<br \/>\nto the Lord we pray: Christ, hear us. CHRIST, GRACIOUSLY HEAR US.<br \/>\nThat it may be given us to imitate the virtues of Saint Bruno,<br \/>\nespecially his goodness,<br \/>\nhis obedience to the Pope,<br \/>\nand, above all, his love of God in the silence of contemplation,<br \/>\nto the Lord we pray: Christ, hear us.
